In short: we collect information about your business in order to design your system. We do not sell it, we do not advertise with it, and you can download all of it or delete all of it at any time.
What we collect
From the questionnaire: your trade, how you work today, where things get stuck. At signup: your email and password (the password is hashed — we cannot read it). While you use it: what you call your business, the pages you design, the style you pick. If you use Google: the email and name Google gives us.
What we use it for
To analyse your business with AI and generate a first version of your system. To let you sign in, save, and come back to it. To build the real system from your design when you ask us to. Those three things. Nothing else.
Where it lives
In Supabase (Postgres), on servers in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). The site runs on Vercel. What you type into the AI assistant is sent to OpenAI to process, and is not used for training. No fourth party.
Who can see it
You. And Formae's founder — he has to see what you designed in order to build it. That is the service. No other customer can see yours. That is enforced in the database itself (Row Level Security), not by application code remembering to check.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. Delete your account and your account, system, pages and history are permanently deleted. The questionnaire record is kept (it no longer carries your identity once the account is gone) because it is our own business record.
What you can do
Download everything any time (My account → Export my data, JSON, free). Delete your account any time (My account → Delete account). Change your email or password on the same page. Ask us anything on WhatsApp.
These were written by the people who built the system and describe what it actually does. They are not a lawyer's template. Before a real launch, have a Malaysian lawyer read them. Anything unclear, just ask us.
