What each of us is responsible for. Designing is free and you can change it as often as you like; you pay when you decide to have it built.

What this service is

You use Formae to design the business system you want — which pages, what goes on each, what the columns are called, how the workflow runs. Then our team builds a real, working system from that design. Formae itself is not that system. It is where you design and approve it.

Fees

Designing: free. Change it as often as you like. Specification: RM 500 — the document that says exactly what will be built, module by module, with a price against each. Build fee: priced by the modules you choose, listed in the spec before you decide. Hosting: RM 150 per month. Payment is by bank transfer; we enable saving on your account once it arrives. There is no online payment yet.

Your work is yours

The system you design and the data you put in it are yours. You can export all of it at any time, free. If you later want to own the whole system outright (code and database), that is a separate conversation and a separate fee.

What we are responsible for

We will build what you approved. We do not promise the system will make you more money — that depends on how you use it. While you are hosted with us, we keep it running. Stop hosting and it stops. If we lose your data through our own fault, we restore it. What you delete yourself, we cannot.

When we would close an account

Using it for something illegal. Using it to attack this system or anyone else's. Hosting unpaid for a long time. Otherwise we will not close your account. If we ever have to, we tell you first and give you time to export.

Changes

If these terms change we will tell you at your next sign-in. Price increases are not retroactive — a price already agreed is the price.

These were written by the people who built the system and describe what it actually does. They are not a lawyer's template. Before a real launch, have a Malaysian lawyer read them. Anything unclear, just ask us.
